What is NJICLE's refund/credit policy? • Hard Copy Publications - If you are not satisified with your purchase you may return any NJICLE hard copy book in salable condition within 30 days of purchase, minus applicable shipping and handling fees. If you prefer, we can hold a credit you can use for other NJICLE products for one year. • Download Publications - All downloadable publication sales are final and can not be returned. • Software - software may not be returned, however we will gladly replace any defective disks. • Seminar tuition - we will refund your full tuition minus $20 processing fee if you notify us by faxing 732-249-0383 or email customerservice@njicle.com 24 hours before the program. If you do not notify us 24 hours before the program, you still have several options: 1. You can transfer to another site of the program or to a program of comparable price. (Please note - does not include Skills and Methods courses.) 2. You can send a substitute to the program you have registered for. 3. You can receive the program materials, plus the audio cassettes or CD at an additional fee. In some cases, audio cassettes or CD may not be available. 4. You can receive the seminar handbook, in full satisfaction. 5. You can receive a credit you can use within the next year. For programs Featuring National Speakers: If you cannot attend this program, please notify ICLE 24 hours before the program to be eligible for a refund minus a $20 processing fee. If you do not notify NJICLE by faxing 732-249-0383 or email customerservice@njicle.com 24 hours in advance of the program and you do not attend, you will automatically receive the course handbook in lieu of your tuition. • Skills & Methods Courses 1st Year Skills & Methods To be eligible for a refund (less $75 processing fee), you must provide a written refund request before the application deadline date. No refunds will be given after the application deadline date. 2nd & 3rd Year Skills & Methods Tuition is non-refundable & nontransferrable. |
