How long does it usually take to receive a book, audio cassette or CD order?

If we have the book in stock, you can expect to receive it in 5-7 business days. If the book is out of stock, we will let you know that it is back ordered. Audio cassettes generally become available two weeks after the last presentation of the program being taped.
